Your Impact: As our Technical Content Marketing Manager , your mission is to drive our content strategy and produce industry-leading technical assets—from high-impact case studies to deep-dive white papers—that appeal to our diverse audience of engineers, designers, and innovators. You will be the primary engine for Formlabs’ technical storytelling. You aren’t just a writer; you are a content "quarterback" who can translate complex hardware innovations into compelling narratives that drive lead generation and brand authority. What You’ll Do: Identify and interview customers and collaborate with them to publish both written and video case studies Produce high-quality technical guides and white papers derived from in-depth research and hands-on experimentation with various applications Create content for sales enablement and sell sheets that support and product launches Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Web teams to ensure content is technically accurate and conversion-focused Define and execute content marketing campaigns and strategies across verticals, funnel stages, and markets Deeply understand our buyer personas and target industry segments to create a content plan aligned with buyers’ needs and our internal funnels Manage content creation and distribution across our digital channels (web, social, email, etc.) Maintain consistent style and tone throughout Formlabs content, editing the work of other content creators to bring it to its best About You: 2+ years of experience as an application engineer, sales engineer, product marketer, product manager, content marketer or marketing manager at a hardware company Prolific writing skills and attention to detail Quick to develop an understanding of technical topics, with an ability to translate them into effective content for technical and business audiences Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally Analytical, proactive, and goal-driven mindset Structured and strong project management skills Bonus Skills: Experience with a modern online marketing tech stack like AI assistants, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEO tools (Ahrefs), CRM, spreadsheets, CMS editing Experience with photo and video production Working knowledge of SEO tactics Familiarity with CAD modeling and 3D printing Our Benefits & Perks: Robust equity program to build future wealth through RSUs Comprehensive healthcare coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401K matching and access to financial advisors Generous paid Parental Leave (up to 16 weeks) Tenure-based paid Sabbatical Leave (up to 6 weeks) Flexible Out of Office Plan – Take time when you need it Ample on-site parking & pre-tax commuter benefits Healthy on-site lunches, snacks, beverages, & treats Regular sponsored professional development opportunities Many opt-in culture events across our diverse community And of course… unlimited 3D prints We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Compensation Every Formlabs employee receives equity because everyone contributes to building the company. Equity will be a significant portion of your total compensation, and will increase over time in proportion to your impact. The base pay will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization. The annual base pay range for this role is:

$60,000 — $125,000 USD
