Job Description
Make a meaningful difference in the life of a student with special needs by serving as a dedicated 1:1 Registered Nurse at an Adult Transition Services Camp. This rewarding, contract-based position runs through May 21, 2027, and is onsite in the Austin, TX area. Step into a vital role where you’ll provide attentive, personalized care, empowering a young adult to thrive in a supportive school environment.
As a school nurse, your clinical skills, compassion, and adaptability will be celebrated. You'll offer expert nursing care and collaborate with educators and support personnel to facilitate the student’s unique transition journey. The current schedule is full-time, with approximately 4 hours per day across 3-4 days per week (finalized hours and days to be confirmed).
