As a Public Service Representative (Bargaining Unit, Local 25) you are the face of the airport and drive all customer-centric initiatives at Boston Logan International Airport. You excel in communication and embrace diversity, resolving inquiries and complaints to ensure passenger satisfaction. Adapting seamlessly to changing situations, you maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
